Fur multinationale Unternehmungen erscheint es besonders interessant, eine schliissige Antwort auf die genannte Frage zu finden. Multinationale Unter nehmungen verfiigen uber einzigartige Moglichkeiten, landesspezifische Spe zialisierungsvorteile von KnowhowTragern miteinander zu kombinieren und bei der Verteilung betrieblicher Aufgaben unter Mitarbeitern in unterschied lichen Standorten zu wahlen. Gleichwohl bieten die bekannten Techniken der strategischen Planung keine Moglichkeit, diese personellen Erfolgspotentiale systematisch zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und bei der Strategiefindung adaquat zu berucksichtigen.
