Dazu wurden im Temperaturbereich von 330 bis 190 K die struktursensitiven ResonanzRamanBanden (RRBanden) nu2, nu3, nulo, null, nu19 und nu21 von Ni(0EP) in Dichlormethan und Schwefelkohlenstoff gemessen. Die Profile sind asymmetrisch und hngen von der Temperatur ab. Dies ist auf ein thermodynamisches Gleichgewicht von zwei Konformeren zurckzufhren. Die Analyse der Bandenprofile liefert zwei Subbanden, deren Intensittsverhltnis durch die van't HoffGleichung beschrieben wird. Die daraus ermittelte Enthalpiedifferenz zwischen den beiden Konformeren betrgt 2.6 kJ/mol. Damit liegt folgender Schlu nahe: Wenn das Metallporphyrin ein kleines MetallIon und nicht zu groe Substituenten gebunden hat, dann gibt es sowohl ein thermodynamisches Gleichgewicht zwischen einer quasiplanaren und einer nichtplanaren Konformation als auch zustzliche strukturelle Heterogenitt im Bereich der Pyrrolringe und Methinbrcken. Dieses Ergebnis knnte fr die biologische Funktion des Eisenprotoporphyrin IX [Fe(ProtoP)] in Hmproteinen von Bedeutung sein.
