In dieser Arbeit konnte gezeigt werden, dass sich die von Rieger et al. bereits erfolgreich fr die Olefinpolymerisation erprobten DualSide Metallocene auch fr die Dehydrokupplung von Hydrosilanen eignen. Es zeigte sich, dass Zirkonocene mit einem sterisch moderaten Anspruch der Ligandensphre die besten Ergebnisse liefern. Des Weiteren wurde im Rahmen dieser Arbeit eine neue Synthesemethode fr verzweigte Polysilane erschlossen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass lewisacide Borverbindungen im Stande sind, bei erhhter Temperatur Phenylsilan zu polymerisieren und, dass dabei auch Alkylsilane in das Polymer eingebaut werden knnen.
