The purpose of this research is to measure the level of students' satisfaction in University Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), Malaysia. The survey questionnaires were distributed to the students of undergraduate and postgraduate levels at UNITAR, Malaysia. The survey questionnaires consists of five parts of customer satisfactions constructs that being measured. The surveys were conducted by using convenient sampling method. A total of 87 respondents have participated in the survey. The results show that all 5 hypotheses were accepted which indicate that the students are satisfied with all five dimensions measured (Facilities, student services, ELearning, education Prospect and lecturers). The findings of the study were discussed based on the outcome of the study with reference to the findings of the previous scholars. The limitations and the suggestions for future research works have been highlighted.
