Present work concerned with preparation of biowaste reinforced polymer composites which enhances optimal utilization of natural resources and particularly of renewable resources. Coir dust composites prepared by hand lay up method. In this work we have investigated the dielectrical and wear behaviour of bio waste reinforced polymer composites.Experimental results shows that the strong dependence of dielectrical properties on frequency of applied electric field and testing temperature. In order to improve the strength and to reduce the sensitivity to environmental influences; the interfacial adhesion between the natural fiber and matrix was improved by chemical treatment of the coir dust.Dielectric constant of treated coir dust composite was lower than of that of untreated coir dust composite, i.e. the dielectric strength of the composite increases and the increased dielectric strength make these composites quite suitable for use as insulators. This book is dedicated to my father late Aireddy Krishna Reddy.
