Este es el trabajo final de la licenciatura en psicologa de Carolina Poggi y Guadalupe Serra, coordinado por el Lic. Carreras. El mismo se propone aportar a las teorizaciones sobre adultocentrismo y patriarcado, a partir de comprender los determinantes generacionales y de gnero que atravesaron el proceso de prctica realizado en el 2007, con un grupo mixto de jvenes de entre 15 y 20 aos, del Barrio Mirador de la Sierras (ciudad de Crdoba, Arg.). Para esto se utiliz la sistematizacin como metodologa de trabajo, partiendo del supuesto que afirma que las relaciones entre jvenes y adultos, y entre varones y mujeres, se estructuran sobre matrices adultocntricas y patriarcales respectivamente. Una de las conclusiones refiere que los valores promovidos desde la cultura y transmitidos a travs del proceso de socializacin, definen las posiciones sociales de jvenes varones y jvenes mujeres de barrios urbanosmarginales, desde las cuales se instituyen subjetividades signadas por la violencia y el consumo. Otra de las conclusiones puso de manifiesto los condicionantes de estas mismas matrices en las integrantes del equipo, y las limitaciones que generaron a la hora de intervenir.
