Le suivi cardiorespiratoire des nourrissons risque constitue encore un enjeu d'importance. A ce titre, il est ncessaire de poursuivre ltude de ces techniques de suivi cardiorespiratoire car le taux trop important de fausses alarmes conduit les familles ne plus utiliser ces appareils. Dans le cadre de ce travail, nous avons commenc par une large revue du syndrome de mort subite du nourrisson de manire dgager ce qui en fait sa spcificit et, par lmme, les particularits du systme cardiorespiratoire. Nous avons ensuite test un systme de capteurs acoustiques par lintermdiaire dun double systme d'acquisition mis en place de manire ne pas modifier les pratiques de routine et valider la technique propose. Nous avons constat que les systmes quotidiennement utiliss dans les services pdiatriques n'offrent pas ncessairement la fiabilit espre. Malheureusement les capteurs acoustiques se rvlent plutt moins fiables. Mais les lectrocardiogrammes enregistrs sont ensuite utiliss pour construire des tachogrammes permettant l'tude des dynamiques cardiaques de nourrissons ayant fait des malaises ou bronchiolites. Ceci constitue une base de donnes rares.
