KASUNIC Frank has been a CFO, Controller, VP Finance, Secretary/Treasurer, a financial consultant, and at times Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and acting President for 25 different companies. These companies have ranged from small startup companies to mediumsized and large companies, and have spanned several different industries. Frank's occupational experience gives him a broad base of knowledge in the following industries: securities, financial planning and consulting, insurance, real estate, transportation, retail sales, agricultural development, and manufacturing. He has proven himself to be a senior financial and administrative manager with the ability to analyze organizations over a broad spectrum, and then determine, implement and achieve results oriented performance objectives. Frank's areas of expertise include accounting, finance, administration, budgets and forecasts, shortterm and longterm strategic planning, treasury management, investments, and the management and equity funding of startup and turnaround companies.
