Supervision wird hufig nur von denjenigen gekannt, die in ihrem beruflichen Alltag damit konfrontiert werden und an ihr teilnehmen. Mit Psychotherapie kennt sich nur derjenige aus, der selbst oder durch Verwandte, Bekannte oder Freunde damit konfrontiert wurde, weil Probleme so unlsbar erschienen, dass sie sich durch Strungen oder gar Krankheiten uerten. Coaching dagegen ist ein Begriff, den wohl jeder schon einmal gehrt hat. Denn es werden nicht nur im BusinessBereich Coachings angeboten. Auch im Alltag begegnet man dem Begriff des Coachings mittlerweile sehr oft. So werden beispielsweise Finanzcoachings angeboten, ein Wellnesscoach steht einem zur Seite, whrend man in der Sauna schwitzt und nicht zu vergessen der Gesundheitscoach, der uns dabei helfen soll, ein gesnderes Leben zu fhren. Diese Alltagsdefinition' von Coaching soll in dieser Arbeit allerdings keine Bercksichtigung finden, sondern der Fokus wird auf das BusinessCoaching gelegt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll der Fragestellung nachgegangen werden, was Supervision, Coaching und Psychotherapie sind, was sie gemeinsam haben und worin sie sich unterscheiden. Da es aber im Umfang dieser Hausarbeit undenkbar ist, einen solch umfassenden Vergleich herzustellen, werden hier allein die systemischen Anstze der drei Interventionsformen gegenbergestellt. Hierzu muss allerdings auch angemerkt werden, dass dieser Vergleich nicht den Anspruch auf Vollstndigkeit erheben kann, da es der Umfang dieser Arbeit nicht anders erlaubt. Auerdem wre es unzureichend, nur auf die systemischen Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede einzugehen.
