Diese Spannungen und Konflikte fhren oft zu verhngnisvollen psychischen Folgen fr den Einzelnen und entsprechend negativen Auswirkungen auf das Arbeitsergebnis. Seit langem werden deshalb in unterschiedlichen Bereichen (in der Wirtschaft, Verwaltung, im Gesundheits und Sozialwesen, im Sport) verschiedene Formen der psychosozialen Untersttzung, Begleitung und Reflexion von Arbeitsprozessen eingesetzt. Eine Form ist die Supervision, eine Beratungsmethode fr Menschen die mit Menschen arbeiten. Diese Methode verfolgt das Ziel, die Beziehungen der Menschen in und bei der Arbeit zu verbessern und sollte daher in jeder Institution angeboten werden. Die vorliegende Arbeit gliedert sich in drei Teilbereiche. Zunchst soll geklrt werden, was sich denn eigentlich hinter dem Begriff Supervision verbirgt. Neben der Darstellung verschiedener Definitionen werden die Ziele der Supervsion aufgezeigt. Im zweiten Tei der Arbeit erfolgt die Darstellung verschiedener Methoden und Interventionsformen sowie Organisationsformen. Der letzte Teil der Arbeit unfasst die Beschreibung eines Sozialisationsprozess.
