Aus der Flle der aktuellen Angebote des Weiterbildungsmarktes wird demnach der Aspekt der Supervision herausgegriffen und hier in Form einer theoretisch konzeptionellen Arbeit eingehender beleuchtet. Dabei soll jedoch die Kernfrage der Themenformulierung nicht aus den Augen verloren werden. Ist Supervision wirklich ein professionelles, und vor allem ein kompetenzbildendes Mittel der heutigen Erwachsenenbildung / Weiterbildung? Was bedeutet Professionalitt und welche Kompetenzen sollen wie gefrdert, beziehungsweise aktiviert werden? Ist Supervision berhaupt noch zeitgem? About the Author Stephan Janzyk, B.A., geboren 1985 in Hagenow, sdwestlich Schwerins, studiert seit 2008 Bildungs und Erziehungswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt der Erwachsenenbildung an der HelmutSchmidtUniversitt / Universitt der Bundeswehr in Hamburg. Nach einem erfolgreichen Bachelorstudium folgt im Herbst dieses Jahres der Masterabschluss im selbigen Fachbereich.
