About the Author Yagna Dave credits his beloved Guru Pramukh Swami Maharaj and his present successor Mahant Swami Maharaj, his loving mother Jasuben and wife Nita, for helping guide his spiritual and emotional development. Dave constantly looks for ways he can improve the world around him and bring comfort to those in his life. Dave studied management and marketing at the Sasmira Institute in Mumbai, India. He spent fourteen years working in the export business in Thailand and Dubai. Dave later moved to Canada and on to the United States. He has recently been working as a technologist at a major hospital. Dave is an active member of BAPS, an international sociospiritual charitable organization. He has lectured extensively on philosophy and management. Supreme Pelican is his first book.
