This volume catalogs the G"uterbock and Raby ancient coin collections of the Manchester University Museum. In 1916 Alfred G"uterbock gave the Museum 448 Greek coins, and in 1957 Harold Raby added more than 1,000 fine coins, which he had carefully chosen to complement the G"uterbock coins and establish an extensive collection representing the major Greek series. Particularly well represented are the mints of Tarentum, Thurium, Syracuse, Alexander III, Corinth, Athens, the Achaean League, and the Ptolemies.
