Die Kristallsymmetrie einzelner Domnen in PZTKeramiken (PbZr(1x)Ti(x)O3) mit Zusammensetzungen ((1x)/x) von 60/40 bis 45/55, ber die morphotrope Phasengrenze (MPB) hinweg, wurde mit konvergenter Elektronenbeugung untersucht. Zustzlich wurde mit PZT 54/46 ein in situ Heizexperiment durchgefhrt. Mit Vernderung der Zusammensetzung und der Temperatur konnte so eine nderung der Symmetrie und der Domnenmorphologie beobachtet und mit Domnenmodellen in bereinstimmung gebracht werden. So wurde die Existenz der monoklinen Phase besttigt, aber auch die Koexistenz der rhomboedrischen und der tetragonalen Phase in einzelnen Krnern beobachtet. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit befasst sich mit reinem PbTiO3. Durch den Vergleich von experimentellen und ber die dynamische Beugungstheorie berechneten Beugungsbildern wurden Strukturfaktoren niedriger Beugungsordnung verfeinert und aus diesen die dreidimensionale Elektronendichte rekonstruiert. Diese offenbart Abweichungen vom Modell mit unabhngigen Atomen.
