In den letzten 5 Jahren treibt sie im Bereich Personal verschiedene Personalthemen, Prozessoptimierungen und die Einfhrung von ITLsungen voran. Ihr berufsbegleitendes Studium in International Business mit Schwerpunkt European Management schloss die Autorin im Jahre 2011 mit dem akademischen Grad Bachelor of Arts erfolgreich ab. Vor und whrend des Studiums sammelte die Autorin umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in Organisations und Softwareeinfhrungsprojekten.
