Im Mittelpunkt dieses Ansatzes steht die Allgemei ne Systemtheorie, die von der Annahme ausgeht, da Eigenschaften, Zustnde und Verhaltensweisen unterschiedlicher realer Systeme durch formal isomorphe Systemgesetze erklrt werden knnen. Da Organisationstheorie und Systemtheorie vom Inhalt und Anliegen her gemeinsame Ansatzpunkte aufweisen, ist zu erwarten, da die All gemeine Systemtheorie den Proze der organisatorischen Theorie bildung zu erleichtern und darberhinaus Anhaltspunkte fr die Ge staltung betrieblicher Systeme zu bieten vermag. Die bertragung systemtheoretischer Aussagen wird jedoch dadurch erschwert, da die Beitrge zu dieser Theorie in den verschiedensten, vorwiegend naturwissenschaftlich orientierten Fachrichtungen entwickelt wurden und da es bislang an geschlossenen Darstellungen des systemtheore tischen Konzeptes fehlt.
