Product DescriptionDieses Buch soll herausstellen, wie und warum sich Fuballtalente in bestimmten Regionen entwickeln und warum die Kompetenzen dieser Fuballer sich von anderen Fuballern unterscheiden. Hierzu werden am Anfang der Studie verschiedene Theorien und Modelle der Talententwicklung diskutiert. Die Unterschiede des eindimensionalen Modells der Talententwicklung, in der von Talent in Form von Hochbegabung die Rede ist, zum mehrdimensionalen Modell der Talententwicklung nach K. A. Ericcson sollen dabei bewusst werden. Um den besseren Vergleich zwischen zwei erfolgreichen aber kulturell verschiedenen Fuballnationen darzustellen, werden im Kapitel 3 die sportlichen Leitbilder des brasilianischen Fuballs und des deutschen Fuballs unter Bercksichtigung der Talentfrderung miteinander verglichen. Das Kapitel 4 erklrt die Kompetenzentwicklung der Fuballer in Brasilien und analysiert die Rahmenbedingungen fr die Kompetenzentwicklung. Der Fokus auf Brasilien und Deutschland bleibt bei der Betrachtung der Talententwicklung und Kompetenzentwicklung bestehen, da die Unterschiede der Umweltfaktoren signifikant sind. Um die Untersuchung der Kompetenzentwicklung mit Fallbeispielen aus der Praxis zu belegen, folgen am Ende des vierten Kapitels Persnlichkeitsbefragungen zweier professioneller Fuballer mit hnlicher Karrierelaufbahn aber unterschiedlicher kultureller Abstammung. Diese Fragebgen werden ausgewertet und interpretiert. Mit Hilfe der Untersuchung werden die Ergebnisse der vorherigen Kapitel zu einem Fazit zusammengefasst und mit Ratschlgen fr die Praxis ergnzt.About the AuthorBogdan Spasic wurde am 01.02.1985 in Engelskirchen geboren. Sein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universitt Siegen schloss der Autor im Jahre 2011 mit dem akademischen Grad des Bachelors erfolgreich ab. Sein Hobby Fuball, das er auch als Vereinsport ausbt, bewegte ihn dazu eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit zu diesem Thema zu verfassen.
