Product Description The backdrop for each story is exotic, sometimes real and sometimes imaginary, colorful and unusual, which is fitting for tales. Borrowing from Scheherazade, the author takes the reader on a journey to enchanting lands, from palaces of Sultans, to villages in Africa; from Pharaoh's court, to rocky mountains in America and ancient Japan's Edo, with places of fantasy in between. The main subjects are romance, comedy, and drama, often with a combination of the three. The tales are actionpacked, with a quick tempo. Love dominates the collection and hate is present with varied degrees of intensity in some tales. The main protagonists are also exotic, handsome, often young, with a sharp sense of humor. They range from pour African villagers and lonely Native Americans, to Sultans, Pharaohs, SemiGods and Avatars. Most of the tales have a happy ending, except for the more dramatic ones. About the Author This is the first work by the author to be published. He has travelled extensively, and it is refelcted in the present collection of stories. He transmits his sense of humor to his protagonists who are often funny, and alsmost mischievous. His penchant for the exotic gives his tales a flavor of 'One Thousand and One Nights': the gay version!
