This book has some useful ideas to help with self-awareness in kids, but I found some parts a bit too basic for my 10-year-old. She enjoyed it, but I think we might need something more advanced soon. Still, it's a solid starting point for younger children.

Very helpful for my son
This book has been really helpful for my son who is 7. The exercises are fun and easy for him to grasp. I noticed he talks about his feelings more since we started using it. It’s a great tool for developing self-awareness!

Not as engaging as I hoped
I thought this would be a hit with my kids, but they found it a little boring. The illustrations are nice, but the content didn't hold their attention. Maybe younger children would enjoy it more, but my older ones didn't connect with it.

Great resource for kids!
I bought this for my 8-year-old daughter, and she loves it! The activities really help her understand her feelings and boost her self-esteem. It’s colorful, engaging, and perfect for her age group. I highly recommend it for parents looking to support their children's emotional development.

Perfect for building self-esteem!
I can't say enough good things about this book! My 6-year-old is learning how to express his feelings better, and the activities are great for boosting his self-esteem. Plus, as a parent, I love seeing him so engaged with a book!
