I found parts of the book really insightful, especially the tips on communication. However, some sections felt a bit repetitive. I appreciate the effort but would love a bit more depth in certain areas. Still, it’s worth reading if you’re dealing with challenging people.

Not What I Hoped For
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The advice seemed a bit basic, and I didn’t find many new strategies. It’s not a bad book, but I expected more depth on handling truly irrational behavior. It might help some, but it fell short for me.
