Als mgliche Ursachen hierfr identifiziert sie den Versicherungs, den Taxameter, den Bequemlichkeits und den berschtzungseffekt. Sie untersucht den Einfluss aller vier Effekte auf den FlatrateBias und fhrt eine explorative Studie der Ursachen des PayperUseBias durch. Darber hinaus zeigt sie, dass zwar Flatrate und PayperUseBias zu einem hheren Deckungsbeitrag fhren, jedoch nur der FlatrateBias auch zu einem hheren Kundenlebenswert.
