Great Addition to Our Classroom!
I bought this 6-book set from Teacher Created Materials for my second graders, and they absolutely love it! The stories cover various natural disasters and are perfect for guided reading. The illustrations are engaging, and it's even helped spark some great discussions in class!

Solid Educational Resource
These books are a solid educational tool for 2nd graders. They align well with the guided reading level J. However, some of my students found the content a bit heavy; I wish there was a bit more humor or lighter topics mixed in.

Minor Issues, But Good Content
The books themselves are great for guided reading, but the packaging arrived a bit damaged. Some corners were bent, which was disappointing. Still, the content is engaging for the kids, so I might consider ordering again.

Not What I Expected
I was hoping for a more interactive experience with these books. While the stories are informative, they came off as a bit dry for my students. Also, one of the books had a few printing errors. I’ll be looking for other options next time.
