Helpful but could use more visuals
This book has a solid amount of information for teaching gymnastics, but I found the layout a bit dry. The coeducational focus is great, though! I wish it had more diagrams and visuals to help illustrate the techniques better. Still, it's a decent resource for anyone getting into coaching gymnastics.
