These books contain 'A Note For Parents' that gives suggestions on how to apply concepts into daily life including fun activities and conversations. Elisabeth founded and administers a Healing Arts Center at an international nonprofit organization in New York City focused on assisting homeless youth, where she also teaches stress management and mindfulness practices to atrisk youth. In addition, Elisabeth lectures and conducts workshops internationally on the healing arts, mindfulness, stress management and personal development.
