En este trabajo se presenta una metodologa basada en tecnologas de representacin, anotacin y procesamiento semntico para la evaluacin de preguntas abiertas o desarrollo en entornos elearning. Dicha metodologa se fundamenta en la anotacin semntica de los cursos, de las preguntas esperadas, y de las respuestas dadas a estas preguntas. Para ello, se emplean tcnicas estndar de anotacin semntica, y una metodologa que evala el conocimiento que se almacena, para dar las calificaciones de las respuestas. La metodologa fue evaluada en cursos reales y en modalidades de enseanza diferentes, obteniendo resultados evaluados de forma satisfactoria con el empleo de mtodos estadsticos. Adems, se ha implementado la plataforma OeLE, que automatiza el empleo de la metodologa.
