This book investigated the impact the Global System for Mobile Telecommunication (GSM) has made on the provision of employment opportunities; income of the masses and transaction cost of various economic activities of the masses as it affect economic growth. Linear regression analytical techniques were used for data analysis. The study made use of secondary data obtained from researches and statistical analysis. The outcome of the empirical investigations shows that Global System for Mobile Communication has contributed positively to the economic situations of Nigeria and has served as source of income and employment to many Nigerian youths. The study found that Global System for Mobile Telecommunication (GSM) business had reduced production cost of doing business in terms of traveling and transaction cost.
