Great insight into Texas history!
I really loved the 'Then and Now' look at various sites around Texas. The revisions brought in so many great photos and context. I especially enjoyed the sections on Dallas and Austin, they really captured the evolution of these cities.

Interesting but a bit heavy
The book is packed with cool facts about Texas cities like Lubbock and Houston, but it felt a bit dense at times. I enjoyed the historical comparisons, but I wish it was a bit lighter for casual reading. Still, worth having on the shelf!

Disappointed by the quality
I was really looking forward to this book, but mine arrived with a few damaged pages. The content seems interesting, especially the sections on Houston, but it's hard to enjoy it as much with the poor condition it came in. Hoping for a replacement.
