This well-tried and valuable book has won its popularity from its clear description of physiotherapeutic techniques for the treatment of soft tissue lesions. Physiotherapists will find in it the information they require to carry out successful treatment of a wide variety of common lesions, including athletic injury, and overstrain of muscles, tendons and ligaments. Each maneuver is illustrated and described in detail. Particular attention is directed to the treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar disc lesions.

This textbook is packed with useful information on manipulation and massage, but some sections felt a bit advanced for my level. I think it's better suited for those already familiar with orthopedic medicine. Still, worth having in the library.
