En los Andes bolivianos hombres y mujeres crean dilogos entre sus creencias de origen prehispnico y las prcticas cristianocatlicas impuestas durante el periodo colonial, que al ser plenamente apropiadas crean dilogos que permiten recrear el mundo desde una particular cosmovisin que equipara ngeles, santos y vrgenes con la pachamama (la madre tierra), las awilitas y los achachilas. Son vivencias que reflejan la manera de comprender el mundo que tienen estos pueblos: aymaras, quechuas, kallawayas, urus y otros, con dilogos que acercan el alax pacha (equiparado al cielo cristiano) el aka pacha, la tierra donde moran hombres, animales y plantas y otros espritus; y el manqa pacha, el mundo del adentro y profundo muchas veces equiparado al infierno de los cristianos. Es el convivir de creencias.
