The Adventures of a SelfManaging Team tells the story of a selfmanaging team as seen through the eyes of its members. It provides a unique and personal look at how these team members confront and deal with a variety of issues. The story traces the development of the team, as well as the organization, through five stages of development Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, & Transforming. Adventures is written in the style of Who Moved My Cheese and The One Minute Manager. It is a story about Billy and Susan and their team members over a twoyear period.
