I just finished 'Schools Out' from The Afterblight Chronicles series, and it was a wild ride! The characters are relatable and the setting really immerses you in this post-apocalyptic world. Definitely worth the read if you enjoy gritty survival stories!

Not what I expected
I picked up 'Schools Out' thinking it would be more action-packed, but it focused a lot on the characters' thoughts and emotions instead. It’s well-written, but I was hoping for more excitement. I guess it's just not my type of book!
