Product Description Within the Garden of Eden, life was exquisite perfection. A peaceful existence free from hunger or hardship. But at what price does perfection come? What is lost when a man cannot see with the Knowledge of Good and Evil? What is sacrificed when a man is kept from using this Understanding to make the choices which give meaning to his life? The story of Adam and Eve is an oft told tale, yet when cast in a new light, it is a story abundant with the seeds for exploring and evaluating the root of our beliefs regarding the concept of God, the differences between spirituality and religion, and the ideas of Original Sin and Free Will. About the Author Janelle Jacobson was born in a small town in southern MN, where she was raised in a conservative Catholic environment. Throughout her years of attending Catholic school, she often questioned the church and the 'whys' of its dogmatic and restrictive teachings. This tendency inspired the spiritual journey and selfexploration that resulted in this, her first novel.
