I was really excited to dive into this book, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Some chapters felt repetitive, and a few techniques were hard to follow. I was hoping for more detailed self-defense strategies. Wasn't the best purchase for me.

Helpful but Needs More Visuals
The book has some great information on the health benefits of Kung Fu, but I wish there were more illustrations. Some of the techniques are hard to visualize just from text. It’s still useful, but I feel like it could be better with clearer guidance.

Great for Beginners and Experts
As someone who's been practicing Kung Fu for a while, I found this book really helpful. It covers a lot of material, from the basics to some deeper philosophies. However, it did feel a bit dense at times. But overall, it’s still a solid addition to my martial arts library!
