The Fine Art work of 110 artists are presented in The Artistic Touch 3 which is the 3nd book in the Artistic Touch series. Each of the artists describe their inspirations and the techniques that are employed. The Watercolor Medium is used by most of the artists but there are also oil, acrylic and pastel techniques presented.
