Thought provoking questions, inspirations and some of Ravan's life lessons highlight the text of this book. Key words found herein are: surrender, confronting, exploring, changing, reconnecting, and transformation. This book offers us company and hope in our journeys to selfappreciation and integration of all that we are. In this book you will find: Common emotional states that we all have experienced Psychological survival techniques such as dissociation, denial, repression and their devastating consequences Resolution and ways to actualize transformation of dysfunctional childhood adaptations Hope from seeing another success story Ravan's journey to the reaches of selfacceptance leaves footprints for others to follow. Here is a map to selfappreciation. About the Author Ravan was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She currently lives in Arizona. While Ravan has attended a variety of art classes, she is basically a selftaught artist. She paints and writes to find out how she really feels and to spend time with emerging emotions, some of which she admits she would not entertain were it not for the delight she experiences while creating and her emotional impulse toward undeniable expression. The creative process gifts her with selfrealization and a sense of inner peace.
