I absolutely love this cookbook! The 100 recipes cover all kinds of beans, which has been great for my family meals. The spiral binding makes it easy to flip through while cooking. Can't wait to try more recipes from the Rancho Gordo kitchen!

Came Torn and Damaged
I was really excited about this bean recipe book, but it arrived with a torn cover. The content seems great, but I expected better packaging. Just a heads up if you’re ordering it as a gift!

Nice Cookbook, But Lacked Some Photos
The recipes in this bean cookbook are tasty, but I was a bit disappointed that there weren't many photos. The spiralbound format is convenient, but some steps could use clearer instructions. Still, it’s a solid collection of recipes!
