I liked that it covers all aspects of childbirth, but I found some chapters a bit dry. It's packed with information which is great, but could use a bit more engaging writing style. Still useful overall.

Informative but Slightly Overwhelming
The Birth Partner has tons of great info, but it can be a bit much at times. I appreciate the depth of content, but I wish there were a summary section for quick reference. Still, it’s a solid read!

Great Resource for Partners
I bought this for my partner, who's going to be my birth coach. She found it informative and easy to follow. The sections on supporting during contractions were especially useful. Just wish it had more illustrations!
