The book is based on an actual mock trial that occurred at Stanford University in 1941 where law student Jack West defended the Book of Mormon against all his fellow law students with their instructor serving as judge. Using humor and fictional cartoon characters, this 400 page fully illustrated book presents answers to questions such as: Is the Bible complete? Why do we need additional scriptures? Who were the witnesses to the Book of Mormon and were they always faithful to their testimonies? Was Joseph Smith a fraud? What internal evidence supports the idea that Joseph Smith could not have written it? What are Word Prints? What is a Chiasmus? What archaeological evidence supports the claims made in the Book of Mormon? How does a person gain a testimony of the Book of Mormon? The story of Joseph Smith's first vision and the visit of the Angel Moroni are illustrated, as well as other notable and important events from LDS church history, the Bible, and other scriptures. The Third edition has been expanded and includes new artwork by artist Adam Koford who is regular artist for The Friend Magazine.
