As someone who loves home cooking, this British cookbook is a gem! The recipes are rich and full of flavor, perfect for cozy dinners. I especially liked the dessert section; the sticky toffee pudding is heavenly!

Great for Traditional Dishes
I bought this British cookbook to get some authentic recipes from England, Wales, and Scotland. The recipes are straightforward and the instructions are easy to follow. Made a lovely shepherd's pie last night and it turned out delicious!

Disappointed with Some Layout Choices
I was excited to get this cookbook, but the layout could be better. A few recipes are hard to find because they’re scattered throughout. I was also missing a few ingredients I expected to be common in British cooking. Not my favorite.

A Mixed Bag of Recipes
This cookbook has some great recipes, but a few of them are a bit dated or don't come out as well as expected. The fish and chips recipe was a hit, though! I just wish there were more contemporary options mixed in.
