I bought 'The Case of the Missing Carrot Cake' for my daughter, and we had such a blast reading it together. The story is witty and fun, and the illustrations are delightful. I love how it kept her guessing until the end, making it perfect for our bedtime routine!

Good Read but Somewhat Predictable
This Wilcox Griswold mystery was enjoyable, but I found the plot a bit predictable. The characters were charming, and I appreciated the humor, but I think my kids saw the twist coming way too early. Still a fun read for family time!

Disappointing for a Mystery Lover
I was really looking forward to this book, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The storyline felt slow, and the carrot cake element seemed forced. I hoped for more suspense. I might try another book in the series, but I wasn't thrilled with this one.
