I was really excited about this chandelier, but when it arrived, one of the glass pieces was shattered. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement, but it delayed my installation. The light looks stunning now that it’s up, though!

Mixed feelings about this purchase
The chandelier is pretty and suits my living room well, but it didn’t come with clear instructions. I had to figure out the installation on my own, which was frustrating. Still, once it was up, the look is nice.
