The actual pictures of community nurses work in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Although this project was done in 2003 however the condition still exists until now and even though the project was done in only one region in Indonesia, similar situation apply to almost all regions in Indonesia. Limited skills and knowledge were the main problem for the community nurses in performing their work well. That was due to low educational background for majority of the nurses who were working in the community setting in Makassar, Indonesia.
