I picked up this guide because I recently switched to a vegetarian diet, and it’s been super helpful. The variety of convenience foods included is impressive, and I love that it breaks down nutritional info. Definitely a must-have for anyone new to vegetarianism!

Useful but could use more recipes
This book has a lot of useful info about vegetarian convenience foods, but I wish it had more recipes included. It’s great for understanding what’s out there, but I expected a few more cooking tips. Still, I appreciate the effort put into it!

Not what I expected
I was hoping for more of a cookbook and less of a guide. It’s more about the types of convenience foods than actual recipes. I thought I’d find meal ideas instead. Disappointed, but I guess I can use some of the suggestions. Not what I was expecting!

Very informative but overwhelming
As a new vegetarian, I found this guide to be quite informative, though a little overwhelming at times. There’s so much information packed in, and I wasn’t sure where to start. Still, it definitely opened my eyes to new options!
