The research dealt with the concept of vocation in Reformed theology as it applies into the postmodern times. The special (empirical) research is conducted in the minds of migrant workers of Gereja Masehi Injili Minahasa, a Reformed Church in North Sulawesi Indonesia. These migrant workers are working in Japan, the Netherlands and the USA. It is interesting that these Christian Reformed migrant workers are both characterized by the components of postmodernity and conditioned by the laws of each country where they conduct their work and responsibility.
