Oregano is a medicine chest in a bottle. You need to know how oregano oil can reverse numerous ailments, including: allergies, asthma, arthritis, colitis, congestion, candidiasis, canker sores, gum disease, eczema, psoriasis and more.
⚠️ WARNING (California Proposition 65):
This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer,
birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
I got this book thinking it would have some advanced methods for using oregano, but it feels a bit introductory. While it does cover the basics well, I was hoping for more detailed recipes and applications. Still, it’s a solid start for someone new to herbal remedies.

Disappointed with the content
To be honest, I expected more from 'The Cure Is In The Cupboard.' The revised edition didn’t seem to add anything substantial. Some parts felt repetitive, and I was looking for deeper insights on health benefits. Ended up skimming through a lot of it. Not what I anticipated.
