This book had great character development, but I found some of the plot twists a bit predictable. Still, I’m invested in the series and excited for the next book. It’s a fun read for fantasy lovers!

The Dark Portal is yet another fantastic continuation of The Gryphon Chronicles! I loved the new characters introduced and the challenges they faced. The world-building is incredible; I felt completely immersed.

While I enjoyed The Dark Portal, I felt that some parts dragged a little. The story picks up towards the end, but I was hoping for a bit more excitement throughout. Still, it’s a solid addition to the series!

I was a bit disappointed with this installment. Compared to the previous books, it didn't capture my attention as much. The storyline felt repetitive at times, but the writing is still good. Just not my favorite!
