I picked up 'The Empty Glass' on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! The storytelling is both haunting and beautiful, really grips you from the start. I could hardly put it down, and the characters felt so real to me. Perfect for anyone who enjoys deep, introspective novels.

Interesting but Slow at Times
This novel had some really compelling ideas, but I found parts of it dragged a bit. The writing is lovely, and there are some powerful moments, but it took me a while to get through. Still, I'd say it's worth a read if you enjoy literary fiction that makes you think.

Disappointing Ending
I was really excited about 'The Empty Glass,' but the ending left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. The buildup was great, but then it just fizzled out. I wanted more resolution. Not a total waste of time, but I was hoping for a stronger finish.
