Product Description The Forsaken Muse, a Woman's Journey from Sorrow to Hope takes you inside a woman's world as she struggles from despair, sadness, travail and selfexamination to finding hope, growth and her own destiny. This is a book of poetry with PASSION, and a collection of beautiful photographs, drawings and other art forms.. All poems are beautifully illustrated by original photography which could stand on their own as beautiful art and were meticulously handpicked. This book is for women, and therefore also relevant to men.The book has 4 volumes:VOLUME I 'Songs of Lamentation, My Life is Out of Rhyme'VOLUME II, 'I Endure, I Suffer, I Give Birth'VOLUME III, 'Changing...Loving myself, Loving others... Finding me, finding my destiny'VOLUME IV is titled 'The Forsaken Woman Finds Herself'. this provides a conclusion as to her journey and her selfrealization.THIS BOOK OF POETRY, WHICH IS A WOMAN'S STORY, WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! THIS BOOK IS ALSO SO RELEVANT TO MEN! Review ROWENA ISIDROhas that rare gift a poet's soul. I could identify with much of her beautiful poetic prose & poetry.NAN WITCOMB (The Australian poet NANUSHKA), author of the popularseries of poetry books called 'The Thoughts of Nanushka'). From the Author This book started from a personal interest to find a book of poetry with images. I have always loved writing as well as reading poetry ever since I was little, but I have always wanted to read them with some pictures to look at. I searched for one without success, and so thought about doing it myself. This coincided with a developing interest in photography, and collaboration with photoartists where we started to produce some beautiful images. The rest is history. My need aside, I have always been passionate about women's issues. Every woman has her own story of going through challenges and pain. There is a 'Forsaken Muse' in all of us that needs attention, healing and support. I can identify with it, and I have spoken to so many women who said it resonates with them. My aim is to conduct worshops, training, and support groups for women using the material from this book as the foundation. The book is in poetic form but the poems leading to transformation lead to certain keys in selfdiscovery such as accessing resources to help us including understanding time, what true beauty is, our need to love and respect ourselves, accessing friendships, kindred spirits, understanding our duties, and eventually, knowing what we can do for the society in which we live in, and lastly, doing something for humanity. Let me take you on a journey Beyond the pain Beyond the sorrow There's a story to be tolda woman's life,a woman's truthwaiting to birth, so full of promise so full of hope. ~ ???
