If you’re into cheese, this book by The Fromagerie is a treasure trove! The recipes are authentic, and the secrets from a Swiss cheesemaker make it even more special. I’ve tried the Raclette recipe, and it turned out fantastic!

Good Content but Packaging Issues
I really like the content of this book, but I was disappointed that it arrived with a slightly damaged cover. It’s still usable, but for the price, I expected better packaging. The recipes are definitely worth trying, though!
