Interesting Content, But a Bit Dense
This book has tons of useful info about liver health, but I found the writing a little heavy at times. It took me longer than expected to get through some sections. That said, I appreciate the depth of knowledge presented; it’s clear this is a passion project for the authors. Just be ready to take your time with it!

Not What I Expected
I was disappointed with 'Your Liver, Your Lifeline'. The cover looked promising, but some of the concepts felt repetitive and not very practical for everyday use. I was hoping for more actionable advice rather than just theory. It’s okay for casual reading, but I’ll probably be looking for something more direct.
